How to submit your Abstract

Overview

After you register, you'll receive a magic-link email. Use it to sign in, then open MyPage to submit your abstract and upload your talk/poster files.

Step-by-step
  1. Complete your registration on the Registration page.
  2. Request a login email on the Login page (or check your inbox if it was already sent).
  3. Open the magic link from your email to sign in. You'll be redirected back to the site.
  4. Navigate to MyPage from the top menu.
  5. Profile: optionally update your information and save.
  6. Abstract: enter your Title and paste your TeX abstract in the abstract_tex textarea, then save.
  7. Files: upload your Slides and/or Poster files by selecting the type and choosing a file, then upload.
Notes
  • Use plain text or LaTeX for ABS; figures and images won't render inside the text area.
  • You can edit your abstract and files later from MyPage.
